The first models made from airplane aluminium with the characteristic groove design were manufactured as early as 1950. They are among the most lightweight and robust suitcases in the world. The solid shell stands up to all kinds of stress and protects the contents from excessive humidity and extreme temperature fluctuations. This suitcase complies with the IATA standard and comes with two lever combination locks. It also comes with a practical mesh packing panel and an address label.

The SWISS "Silberspitz" collection has the same design as the Rimowa Silver Integral range. This series with SWISS design interior lining is exclusively available at SWISS SHOP.
