All goods purchased from the SWISS Shop can be returned with the returns note provided within four weeks after the goods are received without specifying a reason. It is sufficient to return the goods within the specified deadline and in their original packaging where possible. You have a choice between an exchange or a refund. 

If damaged or used items are returned (beyond trying on the item etc.), we are entitled to seek compensation.

If a fault occurs with the product within the warranty period, we are entitled to offer to have the product repaired, exchange the product or to refund the purchase price.

When returning items, please always use the returns note sent in the packaging.

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • newspapers, magazines
  • audio and visual recordings (CDs, video cassettes, DVDs) and software are also excluded if the packaging has been removed
  • Services involving accommodation, transportation, delivery of - food and drink
  • leisure activities
